How are my images printed?

Your photographs are printed at our UK Photographic Laboratory using Fujifilm Digital Printing technology. We use a professional chemical process and Fuji Crystal Archive paper, so your prints last longer and resist fading.

How you ensure my privacy?

Registration is required to ensure your details remain private and to ease return visits.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders for standard prints are normally dispatched the same working day, or the next working day if received after 3pm. Your prints should arrive the following day, but please allow up to 15 days for delivery in case of postal delays beyond our control. Our automated tracking process emails you when your order is sent to our lab for processing and again when your prints are ready for dispatch.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, you can order as little as one print.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards.

What is the difference between 'Fit' and 'Fill' when printing?

By default we will 'Fill' the whole print with your image, however this may result in some cropping around the edges. Therefore you may prefer to 'Fit' (or 'zoom') your image to the print size, adding a small white border where necessary. Our preview images automatically highlight any adjustments needed as part of the order process. You can also experiment with different print sizes to find one that more closely matches the shape of the original image.
